Where you've always found the Rock!!!

WBRS 100.1 Waltham
Friday-10:30-Midnight

Started with the birth of Daniel Stux and Joel Friedlander nineteen years ago, The Quarry as a concept has been forever implanted into the minds of these find individuals. With Joel growing up in sounthern Phoenix, Arizona and Dan growing up with his Ausie Descent in Snowy New England, the show has a unique flavor that all enjoy. Last year with the arrival of this dynamic duo, the true harpo and groucho, at the fine academic institutition of Brandeis University the destiny of the Quarry finally began to form. The Freeman launched his career on the airwaves on year ago with the hardrock show named Metallic Moon. Beavis and Butthead hated it, they said it sucked, sucked...eh. He managed to reach such status by utilizing his comprehensive knowledge of electronic equipment received from his Pary DJ experience in Phoenix.
Sir Stooxie on the other hand has the genius of being a computer whiz and the courage to love modern rock as if it were his own child. After showing his stuff off last year, he quickly combined his musical designing theories with the quick wit of Freeman to create and weave together The Quarry as it now appears.
In this innagural year of the show both Stooxie and the Freeman are working to make the show the best they can, appeazing to a wide array of audiences. There music countdowns are known to be some of the best, and demand true loyalty. They hope to receive a call from you shortly on their Friday evening show from 10:30-Midnight on WBRS 100.1 in Waltham.
